Every boiler has a service date

Record the equipment at each customer's site and its next-service date. Reminders go out 4 to 6 weeks before it is due, with a link to request the visit.

Service plans run as subscriptions paid into your own Stripe account.

Checklists on the phone

Technicians fill in the job checklist on their phone, in the technician app, with notes, photos and a customer signature.

RGII certificate copies, in one place

Each job has a checklist and a slot for the RGII certificate copy, and a warning shows when it is missing. You upload your own certificates. Turstone does not issue them.

Calls at night

Once you switch it on, an automated assistant answers after hours. If a caller describes a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm, it gives a fixed safety line and the emergency numbers. It never gives repair advice. Everything else becomes a message for you to return.
