Who we are

Turstone is an Irish company building the office for trades firms. The people who fix, fit and service things should spend their time on the work and get paid for it, not on paperwork at night.

So we put the calls, quotes, diary, invoices and service reminders for a trades firm in one place, at one price for the whole firm. We write about it in plain words, because that is how you talk on a job.

What we believe

Where your data is kept

Your firm's data is hosted in the EU: Amazon Web Services in Ireland, with backups in Frankfurt. Texts, call records and your firm's numbers use Twilio's Irish region. Everything Turstone stores is kept in the EU.

Two things can pass outside it. The live speech of a call to the call-answering assistant may be processed outside the EU by Twilio's speech providers, and the web addresses and IP addresses of people who open a link pass through Amazon's network at edge locations in the EU and North America. Both are covered by standard contractual clauses. Calls are not recorded; the words of a call-answering message are kept sealed for 30 days, then deleted.

The sub-processors page lists every provider that handles your data, where, and why. We give 30 days' notice of any change.
