Each technician has their own diary, by day or by week. Drag a job to move it, and use the free-slot finder to find the next gap.

  • Jobs follow one status pipeline.
  • Job types, time off and phone-bookable windows are set by you.
  • Customers get a confirmation text, an on-my-way text and reminders.
  • If a customer cancels, the job goes back to "to schedule".
  • Customers, sites with Eircodes, equipment and office notes are kept with each job.

The technician app

Technicians open the app from their phone's browser. It installs to the home screen, with no app store.

  • Today and the week at a glance, with job details.
  • Directions to the Eircode, and a call button.
  • Tell the customer you are on your way.
  • Notes, photos and a job checklist.
  • Dictate a job note with “Talk it in”. You check and edit it before it is saved.
  • A customer signature on the phone.
  • Mark a job finished and an invoice draft is ready for the office, unless you switch that off.

Works when the signal does not

Today's jobs stay readable with no signal. Your updates are held on the phone and sent when you are back online.

Photos have their location data removed before they are stored. Cash or bank transfer taken on site waits for the office to confirm it.
