Get paid

Irish VAT invoices, card pay links, reminders that stop once you are paid.

Invoices that fit Irish rules

Invoices are numbered in order with no gaps, with the VAT rate on every line. Set your own prefix and starting number.

  • Credit notes when you need to undo or reduce an invoice.
  • RCT reverse charge where it applies.

Card pay links and reminders

Send a card pay link with each invoice, paid into your own Stripe account.

  • Reminders go out 7, 14 and 30 days after the due date, and stop as soon as the invoice is paid.
  • Refunds and disputes show on the invoice as their own lines.
  • Cash taken on site needs the office to confirm it.
  • A report shows how much was paid after a reminder.

From quote to invoice

When a customer accepts a quote on their phone, you can draft the invoice from it, with the lines copied across.

  • A paid deposit is counted on the invoice.
  • If the total or VAT differs from the quote, a banner tells you.
  • A finished job makes a draft invoice too, unless you switch that off.

Your accountant gets the numbers

Export your invoices as CSV files laid out for Xero, Sage or QuickBooks. These formats are new, so check your first import before you rely on it.

Six reports, owner only, each with a CSV: revenue, jobs done, average job value, paid after a reminder, service reminders to jobs and jobs per technician. You can also download everything at any time.

Turstone does not file your VAT or RCT. Your accountant does that from your export.

Try it with your own firm
