Win the work

Missed calls answered, enquiries turned into jobs, quotes accepted by text.

Missed calls get a text back

Divert the calls you cannot answer to your Turstone number. Your own number never changes.

This is off until you switch it on. The caller hears a short message. A caller on an Irish mobile gets one text back, at most once a day for each caller, which gives the gas emergency number and 112 or 999. Calls are never recorded.

After hours, an assistant takes a message

Once you switch it on, an automated assistant answers calls outside your working hours. Its first words say it is automated. It takes the caller's name and number, a short reason and a good time to call back.

  • If a caller describes an emergency such as a gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, fallen wires or a burst pipe, it gives a fixed safety line and the emergency numbers.
  • It never gives repair or DIY advice and never quotes a price.
  • Quote requests become a to-do for your office.
  • The call is not recorded. The written message and transcript are deleted after 30 days.
  • Booking by phone is off until you switch it on. Even then it offers only the slots you mark as bookable by phone, and your team rings to confirm.

Quotes by text, accepted on the phone

Build a quote with lines and VAT, send it as a text link and the customer accepts on their phone. You can revise it, and the customer can also decline.

  • Take a deposit through your own Stripe account.
  • Follow-ups go out for you, up to two.
  • An accepted quote turns into a job, or into a draft invoice with the lines copied.
  • Download a PDF of any quote.
  • A report shows your quote win rate.

Try it with your own firm
